This is from an 1871 Census, a 15 year old boy, in London. Any help deciphering?

***Think the name of the road is Aldred Road***

It looks like Somerset House   :-\. Who is it so we can look at the rest of the page

I agree with Somerset House/Manse but what I don't get is a place name for an occupation?

What's the address of the abode & who was the Head etc.

Some more details as in relationship to Head & occupation of Head?

Please can you post an image of the household with above details (just the relevant column) for the above (all in that household) & enough on right for letter comparison?

Thanks for the help so far. Now that its been said, I can see Somerset house quite clearly, it would make sense as the boys father lived at 3 Southampton Street which is right round the corner from Somerset house.

Now I just have to find out what he could have been doing in said house  :P

His mother has a pension from the Admiralty, and the Admiralty were in Somerset House until 1873, so he was probably working for the Admiralty.
