I see Timekeeper too, followed by (Brewers').

The mark through Brewers confuses, but it was added later when they were classifying occupations etc - there's an identical one through Musician on the line above.

Can you post the full image? I too see Timekeeper but it could also easily be Innkeeper or Homekeeper with a little bit of imagination. Comparing to other letters on the page might help.
