2 surnames 1616 will

I would, as usual, appreciate some help with these

Extract 1 "Item I give to unto John ?? my sisters sonne"

Extract 2 - I think it is William Lynde but confirmation would be appreciated

John Peirson. The writer uses 2 sorts of 'r's. See 'within one moneth next after my decease' at the end of the clip for this sort of 'r' - at the end of 'after'.

Could be William Lynde. At first I though that initial letter was an "H" - making it Hynde.
Most other 'h's have a distinctive long tail though - in the middle of words.
Is there another capital 'H' anywhere? or capital 'L'?

I thought the second name was Hynde.

I also think it is Lynde. Compare the capital L in the phrase one Ewe Lambe, in the last line of the first extract.
