Birth in India 1858

Hi

Can anyone point me in the right direction I am looking for the birth and parents of James Bond Wellesley BIDDLE born Simba India c1858 he became Superintendent of Police in Bombay then moved back to England with his family.

He was baptised at St George, Agra on 14 April 1858. Born 14 September 1857. Son of Thomas James and Louisa Biddle. Thomas was Assistant Surgeon with 8th Kings.

On the evidence it would seem that JBWB was born in Simla and baptised in Agra some 7 months later - an unusually long gap for a European child born in India.
