Have you found Rosina in 1901 & 1911?

Annie

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find her.

Who were all in the household with Roderick in 1901?

Could Rosina be with her maternal g/parents 1901 & 1911 but recorded as Brown?

I'm unsure what info. a 1911 census would give (if any) if the husband had children as I haven't seen a 1911 for a 2nd marriage (for a husband) in Scotland?

Thank you so much for finding this! Certainly the correct family.

This might be a long shot - but might be worth exploring.

There's a marriage in 1911 in Govan, between Rose Mclean and David Young - and the index for the 1911 census has a Rosina B Young, 19, living in Pollokshields...

Ruth

EDIT: well, I did say it was a long-shot! Turns out there was a Rosina Brown Young born in 1891 in Tradeston. She's in Govan with her family in 1901, aged 9... ;D

Do you have any of the family in 1911 & if so where?

Where did Roderick & Margaret Gillanders both die?
