Irene rose Whiston   fathers surname kelleher   mothers maiden name Whiston    ??

Can you explain why she is not Irene Rose Kelleher ??

As Irene's  mother fled from Ireland with her 2 children & used her maiden name to escape personal circumstances

Those children are registered as Whiston - presumably father’s name and a mother whose maiden name would /should be Kelleher.

You seem to know quite a bit about Irene’s mother so if you have her first name and if Kelleher was her birth name, do you have her birthplace in Ireland?
