Badges metal and cloth for QAIMNS Sisters 1940 to 1944
« on: Saturday 21 October 17 07:18 BST (UK) »
I am trying to find second hand medals that a Sister would have worn during this period.
My mother served in Africa and I have her War Medals but would like to get the Nursing things as well.
I'd also like to find a cape and any other uniform items.
Hope someone is able to help or steer me in the right direction
Regards
Jan

Can't endorse any particular one but a Google search for "medals for sale" will bring up things to look at as would an Ebay search in Militaria (found cape badges but not cape).

This site is very good as a jumping off point http://www.scarletfinders.co.uk/index.html there is a contact button.

It is with great difficulty I share with you that in the early hours of 07 August 2021, Maximilian passed away unexpectedly but peacefully.

With deep sadness,
