Dugald signed up to serve in WW1. His entire military file has been digitized. It is VERY slow to load.

Hi,

Canadian Passenger list 1911 May on the ship "Pomeranian"
Campbell, Dugald, age 37, b. Scotland, labourer, destined to Sask.
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-61K9-P1K?i=8&cc=1823240

So, it doesn't look like he spent time in Ontario.

As I had the 1916 and 1921 census up, including them for your friend to see, click on them to

Thank you dbree and polarbear, we did not have any details about the immigration and service records so that helps us a lot. 8)

You're very welcome.

A tree on A....ry indicates that the Kenneth Campbell married to Iris Thrasher was born in Ontario to parents John Campbell and Margaret Bourn so it doesn't look like he is the one from Saskatchewan. The birth record is on line.
