Barony Hospital in Nantwich
« on: Sunday 22 October 17 12:53 BST (UK) »
Hello,

my relative, Wilfred Oakes 1921-1977 was sent to Barony Hospital at some point after the war and was given the electric shock?

does anyone know what they used to do for patients there?
he died in 1977, cause of death - drowning (the case is still open)

i wanted to find out if i could get any information at all to do with him being at barony hospital? would there have been records/pictures? I've emailed the record office anyway but i thought someone here could also hopefully help :) :)

thanks X

See Barony Hospital in the Hospital Records Database at http://www.rootschat.com/links/01kxk/
Some hospital records are subject to closure periods, for example, access is not usually granted to the records of individual patients less than 100 years old, except via a doctor or social worker.
