Hi, is it possible to access birth records in Russia? I am looking for information on a relation who was born in Russia and naturalised in the U.K. in the 50's. Is it possible to get any information of his origins? Any help would be most welcome!

Do you have his naturalisation record?  Do they give a birthplace other than 'Russia'? It's a big country!
