DIY Medal Mount

I`d like to obtain replica WW1 medals (1915 Star/Victory / War ) from my Great Grandad to have mounted for my Dad ...Ideally id like the 3 medals mounted alongside an inscription of around 70 words relevant to my great grandfather from WW1 Roll of Honour as i have no photographs........can any one recommend somewhere to buy a DIY kit to do this or suggest a good reliable online outlet who could produce this to order???

The photo isn't very good, the real thing looks much better.
