Mother - Catherine b.1857

I really need to know Catherine's maiden name if its there as my search has hit a huge wall!

Just thought I'd mention that these people (transcribed as LARKER on A*try 1891) are close neighbours of Patrick and Cath*rine. Both born Ireland. I wonder if there's any relation between Bridget and Cath.?
