Could anyone assist me with information on this gentleman
He was born sept 25th 1920 died and is buried in lambourn cemetery in 1974
His wife Mary Elizabeth is buried in the cemetery also in1990
Any information would be appreciated

What kind of info are you looking for?  His ancestry or his life as an adult?

His Ancestry? - Have you looked up his birth registration on freebmd which will give you his mothers maiden name?   The same site will enable you to find his parents marriage and then you can research them using the various censuses.  I notice he was born in Cardiff   

His adult life - you appear to know who he married so have you checked freebmd to see if they had any children?  The marriage was in Devon and they appear to have had a child in 1955 who married 1979

Suprised his birth in Cardiff,wonder why his parents moved to Devon

Arthur/Winifred has no Children from what I can see.

1901 AEC is with his Widowed Father Edwin in Cardiff
1881/1891 his Mother is Ellen.
Note on Census the name is spelt Caswell/Caswill
Both Edwin/Ellen are born Somerset, England**

His 1879 Birth Reg is as Arthur Edwin Caswll, Mothers mn LANE

If you have access to Anc Edwin/Ellens 1871 Marriage is on there.
If not I can give you the details later.
