Thank you so much for finding this. Is there more to read? I can only see a small portion of it. This is certainly the case in question and ended much as I anticipated but I would have liked to have a copy of the account for family history research.

There is a piece in the Dublin Evening Mail 21 June 1945
Heading  Brothers to Share Alike in Will.
It appeared judgement was delivered and it looks like the assets were  shared.

That's the full section from the Irish times. There might be more in a Cork newspaper but I don't have a sub to Irish Newspaper archives
