Dick, William Residential Causeway Side
and Anne Buchanan his spouse had
a dau. Born Saturday the 27th August? named Agness
Witts. .... Ranken? Cow ...... at Causeway
Side and John M...... Carter there.

Ult is previous. Could mean year previously noted or maybe she was born 27 of previous/past  month.

Witnesses William Rankin cowfeeder at causewayside and John Neck might be my guess.
