Sarah's year of birth is abt 1791 from 1851 census. The nearest baptism I can find in Prittlewell is:
"Sarah daughter of John and Sarah Lacell was born April 6th 1788, privately baptised and registered April 24th 1788 by J Archer Curate. This child was fully baptised January 5th 1789."
Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge
Dorset / Hants: Derham, Stride, Purkiss, Sibley
Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott

He had a lot more brothers and sisters.
John Abbott Kemp born 9 February 1794 bap 25 March 1794 of Rochford
Susanna Kemp born 5 June 1795 bap 1 November 1795 of Rochford

They then moved to Great Stambridge but attended the same church.
Joseph 1796 in previous post
Mary Ann 1798 previous post

Susanna Kemp born 12 January 1800 bap 17 February 1800
Rachel Adams Kemp born 11 August 1801 bap 8 September 1801
Frederick Kemp born 12 March 1803 bap 15 April 1803
Emma Kemp born 25 December 1805 bap 28 January 1806
Alfred Kemp born 12 June 1807 bap 11 August 1807 (writing awkward my interpretation as Alfred)
Joseph Kemp born 9 November 1808 bap (11) December 1808 the word dead is written next to his name but in different handwriting so need to check.
George Tawke Kemp born 17 March 1810 bap 5 July 1810

Burial Great Stambridge

Joseph son of John and Susannah Kemp on 29 August 1805. Looks like the one bapt as Joseph Tawke Kemp

Second Joseph s/o John and Susanna Kemp buried at GS on 8 June 1809.

So neither can be husband of Sarah Lacell and appear on 1841 census.
