You will have seen from the 1851 census that John Kearley snr was recorded as 52 and born in Dorset.  His likely death is 1864 Uxbridge aged 70 (buried at Uxbridge 21 Aug 1864 aged 70).

The death registration for Richard Kearley in 1881 shows his middle name as James.

Maria Kearley was baptised 7 Feb 1832 at Cowley, Middlesex. 

Parents: John (a glazier) and Sarah, of Uxbridge Moor.

Thanks for all of that! So it looks like Sarah was born in Uxbridge, not Harefield. And they lived in Cowley at some point.
