It is Middlesex (1837-1868) Marcie, I have just moved your topic to our London and Middlesex section.

Specifically, it's in the City of Westminster, not strictly Middlesex.

Even more specifically, it is a (quite famous) church right next to Trafalgar Square.  And there was a parish by that name until 1922:

Rutter, Sampson, Swinerd, Head, Redman in Kent.  Others in Cheshire, Manchester, Glos/War/Worcs.

Think of the nursery rhyme, Marcie - Oranges and Lemons

Oranges and lemons,
Say the bells of St. Clement's.

You owe me five farthings,
Say the bells of St. Martin's.

When will you pay me?
Say the bells of Old Bailey.

When I grow rich,
Say the bells of Shoreditch.

When will that be?
Say the bells of Stepney.

I do not know,
Says the great bell of Bow.

Exact position here - north-east corner of Trafalgar Square: https://goo.gl/maps/XPtg2XaeTQU2

More about the building here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St_Martin-in-the-Fields

(Some of my ancestors were baptised there, and I used to walk past it quite frequently when I worked up the road for several years - many decades before I knew this!)
