Thomas Taylor (Tayler) 1679
« on: Sunday 29 October 17 10:07 GMT (UK) »
Hello
Can anyone help to transcribe a London, England, Clandestine Marriage and Baptism Registers, 1667-1754.
It was for a Thomas Taylor Marriage Date 8 Jun 1700 Marriage Place London, England Officiating Ministers: Vyse, Draper, Colton, Gower.
He married Martha. It looks at though the original name St????? has been crossed through and another name may have been added
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

8th   Thomas Taylor gen(t) of Stephny
and Martha [Stones(?) spr deleted]
Cusden spinr ditto

I think the clerk entered the wrong surname for Martha and then deleted it. Looks like she was Cusden, a spinster, and they were both from Stepney.
