Where can I find Muster Records for the 1940s?
« on: Monday 30 October 17 13:49 GMT (UK) »
Hi

Who stores the army records (if at all)

My mum has her father's muster book dating from 1939-53.  It looks like its been copied from another book as its all written in the same pen at the same time..  Would like to see the original records really . An event happened in the UK and he it says he was abroad but he wasn't really!

Thanks :)

Hi

The records for people serving after 1920 are still with the MOD
