Old photo Effie Ainslie - any hope?

This is a very small snapshot from about 1905/6.  I hope someone can make something of it, but there is no need for colour or too much of the background.

I am very grateful to all you artists who have provided much-improved versions of a snapshot taken over 100 years ago.

[The hat reminds me of the one worn by a Lancashire cricket supporter who appears on TV regularly when Lancs are playing.]
