Emily Maud Moore Morgan born 1881

...was born in Armagh. I am trying to clarify who were her parents.
I am a direct descendant of the Rev. Moore Morgan of Dunlavin. His grandson, Rev. Canon William Moore James Morgan, was the Head Master of the Royal School for many years, and I suspect Emily was his daughter, given the "Moore Morgan" parts of her name, but I am yet to find any reference to confirm this.

Do you have William Moore James Morgan's will? Granted at Dublin 11 March 1913. Executor Edward Watson. W M J M' will has 5 codicils so he changed its content over the years.
If she was his daughter then she may be mentioned in the will.
Wills and letters of administration were only lodged in the Public Records Office 20 years after they were granted.  This means that when the Public Records Office was destroyed in 1922, testamentary records from the previous decade had not yet been deposited.  If you find your ancestor in the Calendar of Wills and Administrations after 1911 you can order a copy of their will, administration and the supporting documentation, such as schedule of assets. The Calendars from 1911-1920 are available on www.familysearch.org and the annual calendars from 1922-1982 can be downloaded from the website of the National Archives of Ireland. After 1918 the Calendars are only applicable to the 26 counties of the Republic of Ireland.  Further information on wills proved in Northern Ireland after this date can be found on the PRONI website.

This birth cert shows Emily Maud Moore Morgan was born 18.5.1881 at the College, Armagh where her father William Moore Morgan LLD was headmaster. Her mother was Wilhelmina Francis Hartford:

In 1911 his wife Frances Margaret states they were married fifteen years and had no children; implying she was not his first wife and the children were from an earlier marriage

Therefore by 1911 William Moore MORGAN had at least nine children

0 with his third wife Frances Margaret CRAIG
