Here is my next will for John Stevenson, the main heir of the previous will. I believe this gentleman was the steward for Grace Lady Manners of Haddon Hall (possibly following in his father's footsteps) There is a hotel in Rowsley Derbyshire called the Peacock which was built for him in 1652
I hope my transcription accuracy is improving!
December the tenth 1650
In the name of God Amen
The tenth day of December in ther year of our Lord 1650
I John Stevenson of great Rowsley in the County of
Derby and beinge well ? in years but blessed
by God in reasonable good health and of good remem-
brance doth ordain constitute and make this my last
will and testament in manner and form following
First I comend my soule into the hands of Almightie
God my most blessed maker and of Jesus Christ my glorious
Redeemer trusting that by his ? and merit I shall be
an inheritor of the Kingdoms of heaven And my bodie I comitt
to the earth to be buryed at the dis?? Of my executors hereafter
named Item for my lands and worldlie goodes I do dispose
of them as following First my will and mind is that my mortuary
and funeral expenses shall be discharged out of my whole goodes
Item I give unto forty of the poorest families in Bakewell iz’d
a ? ? to the Bead? £6 8d to be divided amongst them
Item I give unto my young Lord, the Lord Rosso five poundes
In gold Item I give unto Elizabeth Tacey my loving sister a

(the young lord referred to is Lord Roos, ie. John Manners, 1st Duke of Rutland and 9th Earl of Rutland)

Thomas Lafe of Notingham fifty poundes a piece Item I give

Stevenson of Matlock and to his heires forever all my right

Some corrections:

...my brother late of Notinham...  (that is, he formerly lived there)

I think it might be:  ffrancis Ludlam

Suggest you consider that surname in your research as well as Endlam.

Based on the count of minims it has to be:  ...dudwood in....yeolgrave...

Cristeen, the first image is a good size for reading, but this one is really too small.

ADDED:

Comparing to the phrase from the first extract:  ...my younge Lord, the Lord Rosse.... -

it is definitely Ludlam.

ADDED 2:

The missing "word" at the end of a line near the bottom is a space filler.

You can see another filler of the same type on the following page, in the will of ffrancis, Earle of Scarsdale, at the end of a line wherein he begins a bequest to the Ladie Penelope Leeke.
