Hi David,
Thank you for your reply.
I have noticed a lot of people had Sarah Smith of Sutton marrying John Medlock in their family trees.

I was able to follow Sarah Medlock (Griggs) in the census with her children after John Medlock died.

I was wondering if William Medlock was born in Huntingdonshire? It is finding that link with William's parents. I am still searching for something...lol.

Good luck with your searches as well. :)

I'd seen that one and was quite hopeful but after I'd checked it out I discounted him. He married Marcy Medley in Biggleswade but then they moved to Kings Lynn where Marcy died and William at the age of 51  remarried to a 17 year old.
