application for pension made after 1909
« on: Friday 03 November 17 17:06 GMT (UK) »
Does anyone know how to search for a pension application made around 1922.  The peron in question was born in 1852, so was 70  about 1922.  Are there records online similar to the forms asking for a search of 1841 and 1851 census. Obviously, this person was not alive in 1851, so what would she have done??

She may have used her baptismal record.

Everyone aged 70 and over did not apply for the pension.  It was only for those of limited means.
