I was fostered from Mayil Home in 1952, but have no idea what age I was when I was placed there.
Would be interested to know if there are any records held regarding the Home.

Are you sure it was in County Down? Only one I can find so far was in Greystones, County Wicklow- also called Westbank.

Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
