The witness John White Grenfell bp 5 Dec 1813 son of James & Honor at St Just in Penwith

I'm with Kay99 in thinking that both Janes are the same girl.

I'm still not sure.

I initially thought the witness at the marriage was John White GRENFELL (bap St Just and can be found on the censuses at St Just married to a Jane, probably WALLIS), however it could equally be John Wallis GRENFELL bap 1825 at Madron who is described on his own marriage in 1849 as an engineer with father being Mine agent.

There is the death cert of Jane in Victoria 1895 which has parents names Thomas WATERS and ROSE WALL. Of course death certs are only as accurate as the person supplying the info knows, but seems quite definite - not Honor GRENFELL, I mean that they are very different names. 

They are all such common names (I have a Thomas and Jane WALTERS in my own tree - though not from Cornwall  ), and there also appear to be quite a few GRENFELL, WALL, WALLIS and even ROSEWALL families in the area around the 1820s-1840s.

Tricky ... will keep looking for some connection ...

working from what we know. On her marriage, Jane gave her father as Thomas, a miner. Searching the opc database for marriages, putting in Tho Wa to bring up Waters/Walters/Watters and near Madron

1812 in Madron Thomas Waters & Esther Body
1814 in Madron Thomas Waters & Prudence Veal
1822 in Madron Thomas Watters & Grace Guy
1827 in St Just in Penwith Thomas Watters & Honor Grenfell

Possible baptisms for Thomas & Esther in Crowan - Stephen in 1813 & Mary in 1818, Esther buried in 1837 aged 52 and possible for Thomas aged 54 in 1839.

Thomas & Prudence have children baptised in St Just in Penwith, Thomas noted as a miner. On the baptism of their youngest child, James, in 1828 the surname has been transcribed as Walters, abode Carnyorth. Possible burial for Thomas 5 March 1833 aged 42 abode Carnyorth. No Jane or Jennifer among their children.

On baptisms to Thomas & Grace, he is noted as a shoemaker.

So, we're down to Thomas & Honor who do have a daughter Jane & he is a miner.

Sorry in the delay for acknowledging the great help - have a family issue popped up and probably offline for another few days.
Anyhow my comments about the Rose Wall on death certificate,  I am thinking the Wall was mistaken for Walters   and Rose might just have been a name commonly used as there were other Honor
The 1848 marriage does say Waters, however they were always known as Walters in Australia - the daughter (Mary Jane Eddy) of William Eddy and Jane Walters has Jane Walters on her death certificate
