access to blocked passwords in Yahoo

With the advent of the 'new look' Yahoo I do not know how to access my blocked email addresses
 I would like to know how to do this!
Can anyone help please with one step at a time simple instructions?

I can get into my account, I just can't find the option to enter unwanted spam email!

if you select the message, then under the "More " drop down, you can block the email address

I do not appear to have the 'more' drop down
I went into settings and then into more settings and then privacy and security and there it was!
I added the unwanted address

It's strange that you do it manually - I have a number of different password providers - including BT, which was linked to Yahoo at one stage -  and all I do is click on the e-mail and 'report spam' and they never appear in my inbox again. They just go into the spam folder which gets deleted automatically every so often.
