Possibly Mary died in childbirth or soon after the death of her daughter Mary b.Mar Q 1908,

Mary BURNS    Mar Q 1908    Stockton    10a  50
Age:  29

This Mary is buried in Durham Road Cemetery, Stockton.   Stockton Register Office may be able to tell you the plot number and whether there is a headstone - if so I'm happy to pop over & check it for you.

That would be fantastic! I have emailed them to ask for a plot number and if there’s a headstone.

The Bereavement Services team is within the Register Office.  I've obtained burial details from them in the past.

The page you've linked to actually leads on to a search page which includes burials, and using that reveals the burial to which Jomot referred  :)
