Identification of approximate year of Olive and Percy

wonder if anyone could identify for me please, the approximate years this photo would have been taken, going by the children's clothing.

Hi Jan....Not easy as they appear to be dressed as a bride and groom but 1920s would be my guess.

Agree with Carol - 1920s.  I have a photo of a bride wearing that style in mid 1920s and one of a bridesmaid in similar garb dated 1918-early 1920s.

I would say earlier. 

No surname I take it so we could look for their births assuming they were related. 

A could be the surname or a middle initial for Percy.

Yes, I was thinking most likely the 1920's, have a relation named Olive born around 1924, could be her, does look a little like her, but just cannot identify who this Percy might be.
Now I've got an approximate date, I can start searching with other family members now.
