Is it possible for some to have a look at this pic please of Queen Victoria
« on: Wednesday 08 November 17 21:01 GMT (UK) »
I have no info on it other than its an old glass plate type pic, I have done a little restoration work on it to basically "colour" it in and make it easier to view

hoping for ideas regarding date range and fingers crossed someone might even know the subject?

My guess would be early 1890s but a better scan at a resolution of 300dpi and this would give more detail not only for viewing but for easier restoration.

Agree early 1890's. Doesn't look like the old queen.

I wouldn't discount Queen Victoria just yet. Main thing is if anyone can sharpen the image. They're in a carriage, a big one.

I've tried to lighten it a little. The coachmen seem to be wearing turbans, possibly Sikh, so I would guess this could be taken in India,  Queen Victoria never visited India.
