Sunderland Home Guard 1943

Hi, does anyone have any photos of the Home Guard in Sunderland circa 1943 please? My father, Ken Watts, was in it, I have the record from the Nat,Arch. and would like any further information. Any help appreciated, Carolmc

A long shot but the local archives might have photographs or possibly local newspapers might have featured the Home Guard.

There are photographs of the Sunderland Home Guard in "Sunderland's Blitz" published by The People's History Ltd. ISBN 1 902527 55 0 but there are no names.
