Birmingham burials and cremations
« on: Saturday 11 November 17 15:09 GMT (UK) »
At birminghamburialrecords.co.uk biirmingham city council has published a database of around 1.5 million burials and cremations at municipal sites across the city, showing month and year of burial/cremation. Unfortunately they do not include precise dates and the records only extend to a single forename but it is still an extremely useful resource.

It does not include burials within church grounds

Thank you so much for posting this Keith!  I have just looked at that site and found the burial of an ancestor I have been searching for for a long time.  :D

I've just done a free search, the record I wanted was available as a digital download for £5.

this is going to be such a valuable resource for the chatters here.
