Really great resource.  Thanks for putting it out there.

One problem I found is that I noticed from a general search that there are heaps of relatives buried at Warstone Lane.  However, if I search for an individual or a surname at that cemetery specifically I get nothing.

That's an interesting comment. Too late now but I'll check it out tomorrow.

I have just searched a relative by full name with no cemetery and he appears.  If I search just the surname I get lots of results at all the cemeteries.  If search with the relevant cemetery I get no results.

I've just had exactly the same experience with searching at a specific cemetery. It is certainly strange. I'll report it to the council's tech guys, who may or may not do anything about it.

I would expect that searching with just the surname would bring up multiple rsponses

Yes, it is useful to just search with just surname in case the Christian name in spelled incorrectly, but it would be useful to narrow it down to one cemetery.

Thanks Keith for offering to report it to the tech guys, we'll wait (probably a long time) and see if they fix the issue.

I became aware of this after seeing the news review on the "Birmingham Channel" (Freeview channel 7) only last night, within 10 minutes I had downloaded the 1955 cremation record (Yardley, Birmingham) for my Great Grandfathers, sister Emily White of Hansons Bridge Road. The last of that generation to be accounted for. Strangely, when my father contacted Yardley Crematorium about 18 months ago, although they looked they couldn't find anything. However, well worth the money spent. I can see this resource been well used by me, still a fare number of peoples unaccounted for.
Surnames that I am intersted in are:- Siddons, Coulson, Clives, White, Cullin, Peers, Swingler, Lambeth, Quibell, Greenway, Beaman, Durrie, and Gibbs, all of Aston/Duddeston/Hockley in Birmingham,Warwickshire and Inskeep of Shrewsbury Shropshire and Birimingham
