Help please with burial Almondbury about 1700
« on: Saturday 11 November 17 21:02 GMT (UK) »

Please can anyone help?

I'm trying to find a burial for a John/Johannis Blackburne in Almondbury after about 1693.
(John's abode was Thorp, in Almondbury).
I know that his wife Sarah was buried on 1/4/1693 and she was described as "uxor Johannis Blackburne de Thorp".
Also, I know that there was a marriage for a Johannes Blackburne de Thorp and an
Anna Brook/Beaumont on 6/5/1697, but I do not know if this is John's second marriage or a different John (Anna was buried on 18/11/1701, as "uxor Johannis Blackburne de Thorp".
The only suitable burial I can find for John is:
Johnes Blackburn buried on 27/9/1706 - the Parish Register is very difficult to read but I do not think that there is an abode stated, but the BTs state that it was Almondbury.
But, I do not know if this is the correct John. Please, can anyone tell me if there were other suitable burials for John Blackburn?

Any help would be very welcome,
