« on: Wednesday 15 November 17 16:32 GMT (UK) »
Hi all, I am currently researching my uncle Thomas William Heath aka Heathwoor, he in February 1919, stole The Secretary of State for War's car (then Winston Churchill), he was arrested on 28th February 1919 by a  Detective Sergeant Stevens of W division (Clapham) I wanted to get a bit of  background information about the officer who arrested him. Can anyone help please?  Thanks in advance.
