Rootschat Chatroom problem

Can anyone help me please.

I am trying to get into the chatroom and it keeps saying "NOTICE: You can't access the chat at the moment. Please use the main RootsChat forum to ask questions." Is there a problem with the chatroom or am I just not allowed to enter it for some reason?

Now that you have made 2 posts you can now access all RootsChat functions including the chat room

Just wondering - I don't use Chatroom - whether the same rules apply to that as apply to the Private Message system, i.e. you have to make 3 posts.

I used to have an account with Rootschat, but for some reason I couldn't relogin so I created a new one and I always loved using the chat room.

Hello Klmadz2301,

I think that I can see three profiles for you currently?

If you get stuck in accessing your account you can contact us by clicking on the red button at the bottom of RootsChat first pages, it says "contact support"

If you do end up with 2 profiles they can be merged if you get in touch.

New members need to make at least 2 posts for any other functions ie PM's Chatroom etc
