From directories and Gazette listings it looks like the Royal Victory was actually in George's Place (on the corner with Hope Street) which later became George's Road (mid-1860's - number 84, later 94). It was subsequently (between 1934 and 1938)  relocated to the other side of George's Road  and finally renamed the Moynihan Arms.

Kevan's website has . . . . .
https://pubshistory.com/LondonPubs/Islington/RoyalVictory.shtml

Should you have more than that, why not send it to him ?

Yes Adam's Place is still there, with the 1937 Royal Victory/Moynihan Arms on the corner https://goo.gl/zcp6d7

The original Royal Victory would have been on the corner of Georges Road and Geary Street (formerly Hope Street).

Thomas Wilson had taken over the licence by 1851
