I'm going to hazard a guess it may be Tomanean or Thomanean:

From the list:
Andrew HORNE 1650, Tamenen
John HORNE 1670 Temenen
John FLEUCKHARD, 1650 Tamenen

Looking on SP Legals:
Andrew HORNE, 12 May 1699, smith in Drumgalie
Testament Dative and Inventory, St Andrews Commissary Court

Googling: Horne Smith Drumgalie, and find:
https://archive.org/stream/commissariotreco15stan/commissariotreco15stan_djvu.txt
A report/Book produced 1901:
Commissariot of St. Andrews.
Home, Alexander, sailor in Leven, par. of Scoonie 6 July 1652
„ Andrew, smith in Drumgalie 12 May 1699
,, Andrew, of Tomanean, par. of Orwell 13 Mar. and 16 July 17S9
„ Mr. David, of Thomanean, sometime minister at Cambusnethan, thereafter residing at Kirkcaldy 20 Feb. 1795

( I believe Home is a mistranscription of HORNE)

The Parish of Orwell is in Kinross.
Thomanean is noted here as a location within 10 miles of a place called Glenfarg, which is in Kinross

So I think it was a house, or an Estate in Orwell, Kinross  but which is close to Fife. Maybe border changes over the centuries?

Closest I can work out!

Cheers

Not much help but does give the name of the wife of Andrew Horn (if you didn't have it)?

"Janet, spouse to Andrew Horn, in Thaminan, par. of Orwell 9 Sept. 1662"

https://archive.org/stream/scottishrecordso08scotuoft/scottishrecordso08scotuoft_djvu.txt

When you open the page, left click on it then press control, hold it down then press f which will bring up a search box on the right of the page where if you enter Thaminan it will take you to the entry or use the down arrow on the right side.

I believe the house is still there.

I found it on a map on NLS. The map was surveyed in 1854. Also marked the location of Tomanean on a modern map. Looking at the satellite image there is still a large house there and gardens that look to be kept up.

Incidentally it's location is directly opposite Balado Airfield (disused). A music festival was held here for many years. T in the Park.
