According to what pub.com it was at no. 24 and is now a Greek restaurant.
It's called the Village Greek.

Hi

It may be worth contacting the restaurant just in case they have any old documentation>

On the Census 1891-1911 the Lytton Arms is at No 12. Googling the Lytton Arms, New Barnet advises it was renamed the Wishing Well and was at No 24.

The original numbering was 1,2,3 etc. through to No. 12. It appears that sometime after 1911 the street numbers were changed to 2, 4, 6 etc through to No 24?

The location of the Greek Restaurant on the corner "fits" the public house on this 1914 map -

I think I may have reproduced the 1965 map which shows 2,4,6 etc. numbering.
