It belongs to part of the Dickinson family now-local landowners and originally would have been a normal farm with maybe some provision for ag labs on site but not necessarily.  Many farms now have diversified; hence a fruit farm, farm shop, cafe and in November there is a great Christmas Fair too and other events during the year.

Thanks for your reply my ancestors must have lived on a cottage on the farm in the 1770's as they had several children born there.
