Brewery or Bottling Company in Birmingham?
« on: Saturday 18 November 17 23:40 GMT (UK) »
I'm looking for a list of any and all breweries or bottling companies in the Brearley Street-Pritchard Road area of Birmingham which operated between 1900–1905.

Thank you for any help you can give me.

Robert Davenport had premises in Brearley  Street and in Pritchett Street as early as 1827. A quick search using your title gives information on the company.

Almost certainly Davenports.
They were still operating when I was a child, with the slogan Beer at Home means Davenports.

In 1900, my ancestor noted his employer as being a "Mr Bolli" of "Pritchard Road".

Is any of that connected to Davenports?

Thanks.

Hi. I'm afraid I don't know if Mr Bolli had any connection with Davenports.  Sorry.
