Cause looks like:

Sudden death cardio
syncope due
 to fatty degeneration of heart
Pulmonary
apoplexic

Presumably they mean a pulmonary embolism.  Apoplexy usually means a stroke of some kind.

If the inquest was held 22.1.92, the date in the next column - 25th January 1892 -  is ?? date of burial ??

The date would  be the date that the registrar was informed and the certificate was issued. This is the usual form.
