Help with some medical notes
« on: Tuesday 21 November 17 03:57 GMT (UK) »
I recently discovered that a GG Uncle died in an asylum aged 14, the cause of death being Chronic Hydrocephalus.  I've managed to decipher most of the notes - which were really quite awful, poor lad - but would appreciate some help with these last few bits if anyone can help.

(Sorry, I'm not sure how to insert attachments between lines of text so have had to add them all at the end.  Also didn't mean to have all those smiley's, but never mind!).

Brilliant - a huge thank-you thank you everyone who has helped.

Some of them are so clear now you've told me, but I couldn't for the life of me see it before!

I'm going with 'Percussion note resonant' for DJM3, so a nice bit of combined help there Wiggy & avm  :D

Added:  Oops, sorry, just realised there was one more.  'Scars above ? on lower limbs. Glands appear healthy'
