Looking for a death

In 1884 Sarah Ann Flay born 1864 Bristol, married Henry Wiltshire, in 1893 Henry was a widower and married Clara Dark.

Cannot find a death for Sarah Ann.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is a death aged 26 in 1886 at Barton Regis, age out a little maybe fault of whoever registered the death.

Sarah is still alive in 1891, piece 1978 folio 92.  Henry and Sarah had 4 children

Archibald b 1880

George b 1881
both born before marriage, Henry may of been married before but have not researched yet.

Eric b 1889
William b 1890.

Barton Regis again 1891 last quarter aged 34 though suggest getting the death cert. as age out to confirm it is correct.
