The Hambridge/Thompson marriage was in Nuneaton in 1910 see www.freebmd.org.uk

You can use the same site to look for Hambridge births with a mothers maiden name of Thompson.  Maiden names are only shown on births from the September Qtr 1911.

Have you looked for them on the 1911 census

Hi

Quote
but what I don't no is Ada walker birth name before she married my great grandad George walker

You can find that one of 2 ways.  You can look up the 1916 birth for Hannah Walker on freebmd which will give you Ada's maiden name

If you know when and where George and Ada married - you can look up their marriage on freebmd which will give her maiden name

Unfortunately - you have given no details of Hannah's birthplace and as you have posted on the travelling people board - there are no clues there

A possibility is this marriage if Hannah was born in Birmingham

September qtr 1909
BYFIELD    Ada        Birmingham    6d   3
WALKER    George Herbert        Birmingham    6d   3

There are a number of Walker/Byfield births on freebmd

You need to look them up on the 1911 census to check their details

Hi I been trying to find out my great nan Ada walker maiden name before she married george walker they had 3 or 4 daughters my nan hannah walker born in December 1916 I think my nan hannah walker might of had a brother but I'm not 100 percent sure. But what I do no is my great grandad george walker was born in tipperary ireland and he met and married ada unknown surname and became Ada walker.
My nan hannah walker met and married my grandad Joseph Samuel hambridge and they use to work on the boat delivering coal from brimingham to Brentford middlesex. What I do no is Ada walker and George walker resting place is in Ealing middlesex. So if anone can help me find the maiden name of Ada walker and where she was born and how she might of met george walker I would love to no as I'm doing a family tree.
