Looking at Google StreetView, I can't see any plaque on 54 Denbigh Street?
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

Hi

Is it the one that has

T Glynne Davies

1926 - ?

I can't quite make out the rest - on a small laptop with max zoom.

Looking at Google StreetView, I can't see any plaque on 54 Denbigh Street?

I think it's No. 64 not 54.

Thomas Glynne Davies (12 January 1926 – April 1988), usually known as T. Glynne Davies, was a Welsh poet, novelist and television and radio broadcaster. Davies was born at 64 Denbigh Street, in Llanrwst, Denbighshire, Wales.

From wikipedia:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T._Glynne_Davies

And, a family tribute website:
http://www.penmon.org/page41.htm

The plaque says:
Yma Canwyd
Y Bardd A'r Llenor
T. Glynne Davies
1926 - 1988
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)
