Date for Wedding please, possibly from Rackley or Watkins families

I would be grateful if anyone can date this wedding picture please. Found unlabelled in documents of Ellen Williams formerly Watkins nee Rackley 1918 - 2017.

They do look as though they are enjoying themselves too, don't they? No poses for the camera.

OK 20s is what I thought - need to look for possible candidates now, there maybe labelled pics of the couple later in life which I can compare.

I've got photographs of 2 of my aunts in very similar wedding dresses and head wear.  One married in 1925 and the other in 1928.

Quite easily Josey...wedding dresses were often borrowed...I have photos two relatives wearing the same wedding dress 3 years apart
