having trouble deciphering cause of death

Hi all,

I am unable to make out the first cause of death for my ancestor in the death cert attached. The bit I can't read comes before Heart disease and dropsy.

Hopefully, someone can help?  :)

All Census Look Ups Are Crown Copyright from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk
