Attached is the opening section from the Will of Florence Watson of Boughton under Blean. Can anyone tell me what it says after her name, where is says 'of.........'

I can read the rest of this section which is really clear. It looks like she is described as being of a place 'in the parish of Boughton under Blean' but I don't know what the place is.

The word looks like it starts with a C and could possibly be Ch......land.
